Mine’s never that clean, either! It looks like you have some wonderful fixings there. Any time I have leeks, I’m happy.

hilarious! i am the same way. i took a pic of our full fridge the other day. there is something comforting about a well stocked house and knowing you can grab anything and create a meal for your family~

I probably shouldn’t mention this, since CB reads it, but he rearranged and wiped out the fridge when I mentioned taking a picture of it. And yes, I know there’s a “fridge” Friday or something like that already but I needed a picture and I don’t like using old ones. I prefer to use an actual picture from the day that I write, if I can help it. At least for Wordless Wednesday.

Also, seems like people really love leeks…if I remember I’ll post how we cooked them. Oh and if you look closely you can see celriac in the crisper. Anyone know how to make celeriac taste good? Cause I always feel like I’m eating bitter celery in the guise of a gnarled troll butt.

I was wondering what that brown stuff was….oh, and is CB’s middle name Ed or a Dutch derivative there of?

Jouw nederlands is al heel goed!

This “thing” you funny Americans all seem to have is very unusual for us, you know?
I have spent TWO WHOLE HOURS on that fridge this morning! I had taken some close-up shots earlier and really …I had no idea! ( big grin,)
So I’m really glad that you say she’s beautifull!
