Here’s what you can do if you have a lot of leeks and only two people to consume them (we tried leek soup last time but it didn’t turn out so good).

Salmon Leek Quiche (which tasted pretty good although I recommend using smoked salmon to offset the taste of the leeks a bit more without adding salt).

My Mum used to make Creamed Leeks all the time when I was a kid.

I really, really, really don’t like leaks.

you see if i’d read that post a few hours ago, i’d be having something *nice* now, instead of boring plain stir-fried pork.

i really want some salmon now.

I have to fully admit to never having tried leeks. I am not one to wander from the “norm” when it comes to fresh vegetables. Hell, I don’t wander through the kitchen all that often! (I am soo spoiled.) Tell me.. What would be the recipe?
