Bigger, Better, More Prettiful

The second day of Diva Cup usage and I already have a very important tip for anyone deciding to use this product. If you have to pee, do it before trying to remove the cup. Maybe that should have been obvious, but to get the cup out you bear down like you’re going number two (dropping a deuce, moving your bowels, etc.), grab the bottom of it and take it out. It’s pretty easy and I’d already done it once last night so when I went to empty it again this afternoon I was feeling ok about the whole thing. So I figured, no worries, I’m using my poo muscles to get the cup out, not my pee muscles, so I’ll take it out first, then pee, right?

Wrong.

So very wrong.

And once it started…well, I was squatting and pushing and peeing and…and…well, let’s just say there was a lot of handwashing done before CB and I went out again.

And some leg washing too.

And a quick once-over on the toilet seat.

Yeah….

So to recap:

Tip 1- wash the cup in warm water before inserting, not cold

Tip 2- if you have to pee, do that first cause rather than avoid the on drop of pee that might be on the cup, you’ll just end up shooting the whole bladderful all over yourself and quite possibly your Levis.

LMAO! Ok, I’m soo not laughing at your inconvenience. I’m just laughing because, well, it’s just not the sort of thing you’d think about in advance. Thanks for the tip. lol

Oh my God! I’m also not laughing at your inconvenience, but I’m bent over with laughing because I can visualise the whole thing and this might just happen to me as well!
I don’t think this would be something for me! I would have all the accidents possible!
